Membership Benefits

Being a member of Just Rock Ipswich certainly has its rewards over a 12-month period.

Active members pay discounted entry to dance lesson nights; social dances and major Just Rock Ipswich sponsored dances. Reciprocal discounts apply for Ipswich members at our sister clubs - Just Rock Brisbane & Just Rock Bundaberg

Funds are raised throughout the year via the members support of raffles, dances and major events sponsored by Just Rock Ipswich, such as our Back to '63 car show in July.

Over the past 12 months, part of the funds raised were passed back to active members in the form of subsidised events such as the Annual Dinner Dance, and at times subsidised morning teas, lunches etc on car cruises, just to name a few.

Members also receive a monthly newsletter which contains information on club events, articles by members and a gig guide for South East Queensland.

As a member Classic Car owner, you may apply for concessional registration on your vehicle as well as qualify for reduced insurance premiums on your classic vehicle. This is explained in more depth on the Classic Car Membership page.

By supporting your club and attending a good cross section of club activities, your membership is easily recouped during the year.

JRI also supports local charities such as the Ipswich Hospice by annual donations.
